| The mission of the Franklin County Property Valuation Administrator’s Office is to provide courteous, accurate and efficient services to the taxpayers and general public of Franklin County and other residents of the State of Kentucky and to abide by the tax laws of the Commonwealth in a fair and impartial manner. |

| To achieve our mission, we will: |
| · Be courteous, friendly, accurate and efficient in all our services to the general public; |
| · Promote educational instruction and programs offered by the Kentucky Revenue Cabinet to all office staff to insure the most accurate assessments of all properties including real and personal; |
| · Keep the public informed of tax benefits, rights and responsibilities; |
| · Make fair and equitable assessments by upholding the tax laws of the Commonwealth and the Constitution; |
| · Acquire new technologies to implement and maintain a state-of-the-art tax assessing process; |
| · Retain qualified staff necessary to achieve our goals and objectives; |
| · Uphold and utilize the Kentucky Revenue Department Mission*; |
| · Maintain and manage a frugal budget of monies obtained from the state, county and city governments; |
| · Work hard to make the Franklin County Property Valuation Office the most courteous and congenial in the state of Kentucky through honesty, integrity, sincerity, and fairness to all. |
